COLLEGE HOSTEL

 

I.G. Mahila Degree Mahavidyalaya has its own Hostel located in Ward No.12 in Udala NAC which is away from the busy life of the town. The ambiance of the Hostel Campus is impressively built and created so as to induce an interest in learning. The Hostel has the capacity to accommodate 150 students. It is studded with all basic amenities. The neat and clean, airy and fully secured hostel campus is the first choice of the parents from far off towns, villages and remote areas. The self-administration of Hostel Mess by the students under the able guidance of the Superintendent is a unique feature. Lush green lawn, library, recreational hall are part of the Hostel Living. Daily prayer, daily assembly, strict adherence to study hours, weekly cleaning programme by the students are the marked features.

There is a two-storied building within the college compound for accommodation of student. New Hostel for students is under construction with UGC special assistance Scheme.
